I realized that I don't always store my nuts in the fridge; I keep 'em in sealed containers in my pantry. Does that mean the nuts will go bad quickly? Any idea how long of a shelf life nuts have? What about in the fridge? How long do they keep in there? Thanks!

The higher the fat content, the quicker they'll go rancid. It's best to keep your nuts and seeds in the fridge or freezer, unless you're using them within a few days.

I read Nuts in the fridge last up to 6 months to a year. Way longer in the freezer.
