Has anyone tried Threelac? My family and I tried it and it worked very well for us. The part that made me try it first was that you don't have to change your diet at all. It took about two cans for three adults. I started with three packets a day for a week then went to two for a week then one.
Symptoms started to leave within the first two days.
You can type Theelac in a search engine and several sites pop up.

quinsetta, I know that if you have thrush (yeast) you are supposed to change and wash your clothes often, not use the same bath towel twice, change your sheets often, etc. Maybe this is how it is passed around? Fabric and skin contact would make sense. I read that on a birth website talking about how to get rid of thrush if you are breastfeeding. It said that it was a tedious and long process to get rid of it because it gets everywhere. That's where Threelac and raw would probably help a lot more than anything.

Thanks for the info on Threelac- I came across a website that sells it last week and I was wondering about it. It sounds awesome! I know that DH and I have candida, so taking care of that is next on our list!

I haven't tried it yet, I wanted to and keep forgetting in the morning. I'll try to do it then, but I pretty much know what the results will be... ick! We are going to get some Threelac as soon as we can. If you do end up doing it, please let me know how it goes!

Cool, thanks! We did the candida test this morning. I have it a little bit (just a few specks after 40 minutes) but DH, oh my gosh, has it terribly. He had the strings, the specks, and it was settling on the bottom. The strings started immediately after he started. Ugh. lol It explains a lot, though. I always thought he had it with how he feels on a daily basis. I hope we can get Theelac before the new year so we can start fresh on Jan. 1st!
