Anybody have carbo nib recipes?

I ordered some raw carob nibs from some site online thinking that this would be my primary source of chocolate substitution. Now, however, I realize that most people seem to use raw cocoa powder, not carob and certainly not the nibs. Now they're just sitting in my cabinet and I dont know how to use them up! Help!

Throw the nibs in the blender with some coconut water and coconut meat, cinnamon, honey (or agave), frozen bananas, ice and almonds (you could add cacao, pecans, nutmeg, etc too) and it makes a wonderful shake/ice cream like treat! eat right then, or put in freezer over night for ice cream.

If you have a coffee grinder, you can grind the nibs into a powder in that.
