Light and crunchy snack!

Button mushrooms stems removed

In Vita mix (or by hand- dice finely)
bell pepper- I used orange
1 zuccinni - medium
cloves of garlic- your pref. I used 2 cloves
2 pinches dried crushed tomato
pinch of tumeric
pinch of cayenne

Stuff the mushrooms and then with sharp knife cut them in slices and lay on dehydrator tray and dry for 12 hours +, depending on drying ability of your machine. Until dry and crunchable.

I had debated on adding some crushed nuts, maybe next time. Which nut, maybe walnut or pecan....any suggestions?

These sound delicious. I have had stuffed mushrooms before with walnuts. They were great.

Wow, these sound marvelous, I make Alissa's pesto stuffed mushrooms, they are to live for, but these also sound great.

I will have to try them.

I think walnuts would be good, but for a more meaty flavor try brazil nuts, or even pumpkin seeds, as they taste more hearty.

But yours sound great as it.
