I don't mind making food from scratch but I don't always have the time to do it. I guess I am lucky that I can buy some raw things at my nearby health food store. They have flax crackers, pumpkin seed bars, and a few other already made things that I can't eat because of my almond allergy. And they have many of the raw ingredients I need, or will get them for me.
But it sure would be nice to be able to buy stuff like the onion bread and nut cheeses. I should think there would be a market for this sort of stuff even to the general community who doesn't necessarily follow a raw diet but that has food allergies and such.
Now I realize that the lack of preservatives is one issue. Some of this stuff only keeps for a few days. But my local gourmet store sells made up vegetarian meals, sandwiches and other foods that only keep for 2-3 days. So it seems like this would be doable, especially if the food was refrigerated or frozen.
