Alkalinizing v. Acidic Foods

I'm not sure if the question was on this board, but I remember someone asking for a breakdown of what foods formed an alkalinizing environment v. acidic. Here's a site that has a good chart.

I have test strips and I find that on this diet, I am always between 6.5 and 7 which is alkaline.

I think when you are raw, the foods perhaps act differently than the chart than when you are not 100% raw. Just a thought.
