i absolutely adore making pecan balls (equal amount of pecans and dates), blended and formed into balls and dehydrated overnight... then i roll them in cinnamon... :p
but last night i used almonds instead of pecans (since i was all out of pecans), and i noticed they are not as sweet as the pecan balls, so i smeared almond butter on top, and it tasted like a scone :D , and on some i smeared rasberry perserves on top, yummy!! :p , i imagine i could add blueberries, rasberries, coconut etc. to the "dough" before dehydrating, and could make all kinds of scones this way...
now i am almost ready for a tea party :D
now i need to figure out how to make those cute little sandwiches raw, since i already can make little tarts and sweet breads... ;)
