Okay, so I am missing breads and sandwiches and am absolutely craving cakes and cookies. I guess I need recipes or something.
I did make my first "meatloaft" today. Which was fantastic.
I eat a piece of chicken or fish with my huge lunch and dinner salad.
Where am I on the raw percentage table?

Check out the recipe forum for a load of bread/cracker, dessert and other recipes. Better yet, consider getting Alissa's book! Guaranteed to make sure you don't feel deprived!
As for the percentage thing, could never figure that one out so I quit tryin'.

What helps me feel full are avocados and nuts. I guess it is the fat thing.
Hope that helps!

A bit of avocado on a raw flatbread does it for me. Actually, anything with avocado.
I'd recommend the rye bread recipe from Alissa's book. It is technically her rye bagel recipe. It is heavy and dense, and quite tasty.
If you aren't feeling full, it might be that you are not eating enough calories, or enough volume.
Cassy. :)
