I've got a bag of soya flour in the cupboard, I'd like to use it up before it expires. For some reason I had it in my head that I'd seen a recipe for soy milk that included soy flour for speed - but now I can't for the life of me find it.

I've made soy milk and tofu before, but that involved cooking soya beans. Naturally, trying to go raw I would prefer not to involve heat!

So does anyone have a recipe for anything involving soya flour that you don't have to cook? Can be 'cakes', sweets, milk or anything you can think of.

Isn't soy flour a processed food product? Or is it raw? Does it say raw on the packaging somewhere?

I just looked up production - looks like it is produced via an immersion cooking process.
Oh well, I'll give it to friends or something!

Thanks for pointing that out!
