YEP!!!
Honeydew are excellent blended up with a bit of the honeydew fruit added, as a sauce.
I've heard that papaya are great like a black pepper when dried, then ground up.

I did not remove the seeds from half a papaya one time when making a smothie and I would not be recomending that anyone does that. It was vile.

You CAN eat almost any seed - though I don't think it's as tasty as the fruit! LOL.

If you don't have a powerful blender you may want to get one just for the beauty of seed and melon smoothies...and they are smooth and creamy. Honeydew, cranshaw, musk, watermelon, ect.
Yeah, the papaya and seed combo seemed so promising but was relegated to the compost pile after tasting.

Thanks everyone for your feedback.
Has anyone tried flavoring the seeds and drying it? I'm trying to think of ways of eating them so that I can still follow the food combining rules. If I eat it with the melon, it would be really bad food combining.

You know? I use to think the same thing. However, the stomach is always an acid PH. If the melon stays in your stomach a little longer to help activate some pepsin the fruit is not gonna complain too much unless you overburden it with excess.
Homogenizing the combo in a blender and sipping slowly while tasting will give the body the proper digestive enzymes to get the job done. Really, don't obsess the combo rules unless you are seriously impaired or just want to keep it real simple for awhile.
Flex your digestive abilities in the spirit of increasing your enzymatic capacities and you shall be rewarded with it. Work in increments that you can assess whether it's working for you. Tasting is the most important activity in getting that ability developed.

You can buy roasted watermelon seeds. So I am sure that you could dehydrate them and even sprinkle some sea salt or whatever on them.

Does anyone know the calorie amounts in different fruit seeds? What about the nutritional content of different seeds?
