I just took the Swiss Cheese (Alissa's recipe) out of the dehydrator. We have a winner! Daughter tried a piece and wanted some more of it in a bowl. I don't have a pic of it, sorry. No digital cam. Will have it later on the onion bread with lettuce and tomato. Forgot to buy a cucumer! Ack! And I think we ate all that we had in the garden. My one "regular" cucumber plant just sort of disappeared one night. The "lemon" cucumber produced two so far but we ate them. So lettuce and tomato it is!

Maybe I'll give it a go and use my apple corer to make holes in it.

Oh yeah! The first pizza I made (Alissa's recipe), I didn't have the mac or pine nuts (whichever it is) to make the creamy cheese? So I made the swiss, and I really liked it. The taste is awesome! It went really good on that pizza!
