The ultimate cheesecake! [Archive]

I made the best cheesecake ever, using mostly RP's recipes...it lasted for all of 5 days, a new record!

It was:
RP's famous brownie recipe for the crust
A small layer of a cheesecake recipe I found here (I think I cut the recipe in half)
and a double batch of RP's chocolate mousse

I put the crust and the cheesecake in a springform pan and let the sit in the freezer untill it was firm, then I poured the mousse in that and let it freeze overnight.

Let me tell you, it was AMAZING! I only wish I had thought to take a picture before it was eaten. ;)

Sounds great! I haven't made any of those. Actually, i made the brownies once and they crumbled and I wasn't impressed (too date-y.) The rest, I've never made.

Nope...no picture ILRF.

But that does sound scrumptious!
