I've been searching EVERYWHERE! Maybe I just overlooked it. Someone posted a picture of RP's brownies, frosted with chocolate frosting...they looked sooooo good, I HAVE TO TRY THEM! Thanks for coming to my rescue!

What do you put the brownies in? A small glass cake pan? Since I dont cook I dont have any? Or do you just form into a mound?

I kept some bakeware because some things (like pies, lasagne, etc.) can still be made raw and utilize those types of cookware (though we don't actually COOK with them)! :)

But for RP's brownies, I have small, square plastic container I use because one batch is not enough to fill a cake pan. You could also just form it into a square mound...sometimes I just roll into balls...shape doesn't matter much to me as long as they TASTE great! :D

Suggestion: Line the pan with parchment or cling wrap so you can lift it out on a cutting board easily.

I make them about 1/2 inch thick, they fit perfectly in a small pyrex pan, I just love that size, it's about 6 X 6 or so

But whatever size you like is fine, roll them up into truffles, make a pie crust out of them, they are excellent with Rawkies cashew/orange frosting from her cinnamon rolls, mmmmm

I did this,

take the brownies, line a pie plate, make a double batch of cinnamon roll frosting, and top the brownies with it, it's like a cream cheese pie with a brownie crust, then I sprinkle nuts on top and drizzle raspberry and strawberrie mixed with agave on top, oh baby this is good, gotta get some pics for you.

We put our brownies in mini muffin tins. It dosn't make much for our huge family so we have to quadruple the recipe :p

This has to be the MOST POPULAR RECIPE on this site. I finally made them yesterday. Yes they are SO GOOD...but alas I knew Walnuts make my mouth sore but I thought I would try them, opps now I am paying ! duh !

My throat is still raw and I have cuts in my mouth and gums. Oh well bummer for me , my dh is enjoying them. RP have you tried them with almonds ? I wonder if I will get same brownie taste ?

I cannot do pecans either, prefer not to use cashews.

I put mine in a piece of stoneware.

What size pan would it work in? I have yet to tackle this recipe... Im guessing you can just form it into squares if you really want the brownie look. I want brownies PEOPLE, not balls! I have 2. LOL just kidding!

OMG...that's just awful! (though I did snicker when I read it)

But Hon, you are over-thinking this waaaay too much...just MAKE 'em and go from there guy! Yeah, shape 'em into brownie shapes if you have to...but I'd say about a 4X4 inch container unless you double the recipe.

Just don't OVER process it...it might be a "little" crumbly but if you can take and mash a little between thumb and forefinger and it sticks together, then you can just press into your pan (or mold into your brownie squares) and they should stick together.

Here's what I do. I make the mixture in the FP and then toss it into a zip lock baggie and put it in the freezer, When I want some, I spoon it into a pretty teacup and push each spoonful against the side of the cup, or if I just want a little taste of it, I take a spoonful and smoosh it against the inside of the baggie so it's compact, and YUM!. Couldn't be simpler! I keep it on hand all the time.

I think of you RP every time I enjoy this recipe....which is often! Thank you!!
