Ezekiel's sprouted bread

I've heard a lot of raw foodist's eat Ezekiel's sprouted bread, and I was going to get some when I go to the health food store today, and I was wondering if anyone else eats it here, and if so which loaf is your favorite?

I used to, but it is baked - according to Alissa, so I don't now, being 100% raw...
I just took this off their web site:
We start with certified organically grown whole grains. After we sprout them, they are made into small batches of dough and slowly baked into bread.

Of course, I don't believe it says at what temperature they bake it as it does say SLOWLY. But I, too, have heard it is not raw. It is probably a very healthy bread as far as non raw bread goes though.

On the www.foodforlife.com website under the FAQs link, there is a question about whether their sprouted breads can be considered raw; they answer that the bread is not raw and that it is heated above 250 degrees; I learned this from Coriander when I was posting under the August 30 Day challenge earlier this morning. I've never had it but I've heard a lot of people mention it.

During transititon before I was 100% raw I ate some and had the worst tummy ache afterwards. It felt like a ton of bricks sitting in my stomach. I knew then it was definately not raw. Im going to try making the onion bread recipe that Pansy posted in the forum. It got great reviews by everyone.

My onion bread is done just now and it is REALLY good! I had just about given up on the dehydrator because nothing was working but this stuff is great!

The onion bread is my favorite....it is really good...give it a try before the Ez. bread....I myself, don't like it, not like "bread" at all.

I have eaten Ezekial bread in the past, but I know longer do so being that its not raw.
