I got the frosting recipe from someone off here....Loved it!
Store Bought Frosting
1T. coconut butter
1T. cocoa
few grains sea salt
squirt agave
few drops vanilla
I tripled the recipe.
Ricotta Stuffed Mushrooms
Ricotta:
Soaked almonds, sunflower seeds, and macadamia nuts ground up...just estimate the quantity for the amount of mushroom caps you have.
Add 2 minced garlic cloves
Splash Raw Soysauce
Fresh Thyme
Salt and Pepper
Any dry spice you like (I added a cayenne blend)
Taste the mixture as you go...be creative!
Clean and de stem the mushrooms....rub and massage with olive oil.
Stuff the shrooms with the ricotta.
Now the first day, I warmed them gently and ate them with my raw pasta and sauce...I made alot so I had some left over. The NEXT DAY they tasted better than they had the first time 'cause all the spices and olive oil marinated. YUM! I think next time I'll wait it out and enjoy them like that. :)

Yup, that's my recipe! If your coconut butter is soft (hot day) you will get a Ganach; if it's solid (cold) you get the whipped effect in the picture I had posted - Enjoy! I posted the recipe in the new picture food thread.

Yes thank you so much Jen Rose and EPPP, can't wait to try this!
Eppp that frosting is divine! I dipped strawberries in it and fed some to my honey. If you dip them and put them in the fridge, they harden and are even better. All I need now is some champagne :D

those sound yummy, Rawkinloc has one on here that looks good too. She puts it on RP's brownies and it really looks like real brownies.
