From what I've read, yes or it will taste stale. I'm waiting for mine to arrive in the mail...

Definitely. With the heat that has been around, I have almost everything in the fridge or freezer.

I try to keep all food items in the fridge to keep fresh & to prevent bugs, except olive and coconut oils.
