Happy Anniversary To Me!

:D I am so happy! Today is my one year anniversary of being raw! ;) I am so proud of myself! And NOW I AM COMING OUT OF THE CLOSET ABOUT IT! I love to keep it simple.....mostly fruits (I follow 80-10-10) I feel + look better than ever! Friends and family notice and wonder where I get my energy from. up at 3:30 am in bed by 10....and nonstop all day! I run, I bike, I do Pilates! I feel awesome and want everyone to know it is possible. Did I have "slip-ups?" You bet! But then I would just make each day a new start. My goal now is to be "done" with slipups and stay this way forever! Forget the 30 day challenge, anyone up fo the life challenge? :) Have a great day!!!!!

Pictures? I'll have to take a couple....don't know if I look all that different but I probably do without realizing it ;) I weigh a few pounds less but am a whole lot healthier! no more chronic fatigue and IBS.....I'll work on the picture thing.....thank you for the appreciations! I love being raw!

Congrats! Wow, how great. I decided from day one to do this for life and I think that is why I haven't had a single slip up since 3 months ago when I decided to do this 100% for life.
