I LOVE Summer!

Mmmm! I've been hitting the Farmer's Market and stores several times a day to get all of the stuff that is so PERFECT right now. My favorites right now are strawberries and English cucumbers! Today I cut up all of the fruits and veggies and put them in a big bowl on the table and I've been stuffing myself. I've even got my (very SAD) mom to eat some! I don't want it ever to end.

There are cherries, strawberries, figs, bananas, an apple and canteloupe in one bowl and English cucumbers, romaine and fresh SWEET carrots in the other.

Good for you. Eat all you can while it is in season. Soon there will mostly be Apples and Oranges, nuts and grain. I love Summer also...........

I love summer, too. And I REALLY love farmer's markets! There's something so satisfying about purchasing beautiful food directlly from the grower! :)
