Hi
Yesterday I was discussing with my son his upcoming birthday (Aug 12th) and what he wants me to make for him. I always allow my children to be kings or queens for the day on their birthday and they pick out what they want to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and a cake. My son is turning 6. So I was talking to him telling him he needed to figure out what he wanted so I could be prepared and my 9 year old daughter starts telling him about all the yummy raw cakes I could make for him. (She is very supportive of my raw choices and encourages me a lot in it. She is so sweet!) Well my son (who wants to be just like his meat and potatoes daddy and gives me the hardest time about raw food) says "no, it is my birthday and I don't want a raw cake." Back and forth they go with her trying to convince him to have a raw cake and him insisting that he doesn't want a raw cake.
Well in the midst of this my other son (who is 4 and will be 5 in September) pipes in and says, "Mama, when I have my birthday I am going to have a raw cake and that way you can eat it and Ireleigh can too." :)
