Hello!

I just wanted to post and say that yesterday was such a wonderful yummy raw day! I wold have posted last night but my puter wasn't working well.
Anyways, it was just such a good day. I wanted to share.

On Thursday I had to go get groceries. I struggled with this. There was a very big part of me that wanted to just buy some junk and binge on it. (Very unhealthy thinking I know, but I still struggle with this so I am being honest about it). So on the drive over I was battling back and forth in my mind over what to do, give in to the my flesh or resist the bad stuff. Well I walked into the store and just looked at everyone. Most people are so big and look so unhealthy, and it got me thinking, that could be me. If I continue to give in to my food cravings I could be just like that. Sobering thought. I went on my way and filled my cart with lots of yummy fruit and veggies! Victory. I was so happy about being able to resist my cravings and overcome that desire for junk.

So yesterday I had such good raw food. It was almost like a reward in a way. I just enjoyed everything so much! We have a bunch of fresh wild blueberries so I had a big bowl of those for breakfast. For lunch I made curry stuffed mushrooms (so good!) Supper was a strawberry mango green smoothie and for dessert I had blueberries with orange cream. That was truly spectacular.

I am so happy!
Just wanted to share with you all!

yay!! I'm so happy for you, you need to remember days like that when it gets tough and you want to quit - just think about how wonderful not giving in to your cravings made you feel!

That's amazing!! When I go to the store, I avoid the middle isles completely so I don't get tempted, unless I need something like a spice, etc.
