I made my first batch of KimChee and used Dr. Cousins recipe. It was just okay....more like spiced sauerkraut - lots of ginger and jalapeƱo. I am looking for a more traditional recipe with red peppers etc.
I am hoping that someone has a good recipe that I could try. I have been having fun making dill pickles and other fermented food :)
