besides zuchinni? I am highly allergic to zuchini, in fact it even makes my skin react when I chop it, and I really want to find a substitute for it. Any ideas anyone?

Thanks for your help! By the way, I had a very unsuccessful attempt at 100% raw due to my overwhelming food allergies. Looking at all the pictures of delicious food on the forum made me want to try it again. I will be more careful this time to avoid what I am allergic to.

cucumbers. Umm, anything you can put in a spiral slicer: beets, carrots, potatoes, ect.

In Raw food Real World they often use young coconut flesh sliced into noodles.
