Did you recently give birth? If so, that can cause it.

My hair has also started falling out. I've been raw for 3 months. I'm not sure why this is happening but I'm afraid I'll go bald!

It is a detox shed. With continued raw progress your locks will grow in thicker, stronger, healthier and shinier than they've ever been. Just give it some time. You'll have a major shed for a while but soon you'll start growing new hair in all directions.

You can lose hair if you aren't getting enough protien. Maybe add some Hemp and bee pollen into your regiment.

You should definitely get a blood test because that is a classic sign of ZINC deficiency.

It could be detox, but you should get a blood test to make sure you are not mineral deficient.

Here are some previous discussions on this and it seems the general consensus is that many experience this as a type of cleansing/detox but after a while, their hair grows back in thicker, healthier, shinier, etc. I did not personally experience hair loss as well as many others did not, but some have so take a look at these threads and if it makes you feel more comfortable you can have tests done, etc.

Those are just a few of the threads as to not overwhelm you.

Also, some say to try Maca and that gave them good results.

I'm in Llama's Camp with this one, your body is cleaning house and although there can be other reasons such as hormones etc.. When you are clean your hair will become much stronger and healthier.
I had thin, weak and dull hair most of my life and now it is beginning to shine all on its own but I have A LOT of leaning to do yet..

I rather be bald and healthy than have model hair and feel like I used to :(

Do a banana search and you will probably find more info.

I experienced hair loss after each pregnancy. Just 1 tablespoon ground flax daily made the difference.

Thank you all for your replies. I can calm down now at least. Well, mabey it is a detox thing for me,becasue I still am having major break outs, and emotional brak-downs as well....I am definatly getting more than enough protien...and the baby is almost 2 so it can't be that.....

I won't go BALD before my new hair comes in though.....right??????
