Okay, I've heard from different sources here and there that vegans/vegetarians need B-12 and to supplement. I did research on chlorella and spirulina, but some articles I read said that was not a good source. But, I have no clue where else to get B-12 from. Does anyone have any knowledge on this. Would you share it with the rest of the class? lol Thanks, Rachel
