I found this book at the 1/2 Price Bookstore. Every kitchen should have it. It is an encyclopedia of all natural foods, providing a color pictures, description, history, nutritional values, etc for veggies, fruits, nuts, grains, herbs, legumes, and sea vegetables. I have learned so much from it. I especially like it because it is not very large and easy to flip through, and it lays flat on the counter. Worth every penny. Amazon has it on-line.
