hi everyone, well its been almost 7 days raw for myslef but wow no cravings what so ever i really feel so in control for once in my life- i cant remember being bulimic and it was only a month ago...well i really wanna fast and i know i can DO THIS! so i of course have read mysel to death but something of a concern is breaking my fast -what about watermelon the first couple of days after and than add in a few romaine-plain salads? im thinking of doing a green juice fast with a few fruits added but mostly greens, as theyre probably better and believe it or not im a green freak any thoughts or opinions or experiences greatly appreciated! -amanda

I give you credit, I love vergtable but Its so hard for me to drink them ;)

imo, soft sweet fruits or an apple for example is great of the digestive system. CHEWING very well makes all the difference. :)
