Yesterday it went up to 36 °C and today it's expected to hit 38. I am finding the heat easier to bear than last year. It was also easier in Belo Horizonte when I was there in February, but the humidity there was lower than it is here. Do you find heat easier to bear when eating raw?

I think it's true...everyone around me has been complaining about the heat and I hadn't even noticed it! Sure I was warm, but it felt pretty good!

Yes,

I heard somewhere that consuming protein affects your body temperature.

I definitely feel more hot, sticky, and congested when I eat cooked foods in hot weather. Ugh!

I don't have a summer to compare to because the past three summers I've been raw so I don't remmeber haha. I never feel hot, but I get the "i'm going to pass out" feeling very easily. Probably because I don't sweat and I overheat...

If you want to cool off just eat raw food lol, it's always cold!

-Yes...less sensitive. Heat seems to be much more of an issue when overweight and eating poorly. Just my experience.

Yes.

At work in my office everyone walks around in hardly anything and complain of the heat- I wear a sweater, except for about a half hour after I come from outside. Everyone thinks I'm crazy. I just think I'm cold :p Why waste that much money on AC? I have only put it on in my car once this summer. The past week it has been hitting 100 F. I love it!!!!

Yeah, I can handle heat better on raw. I don't like it but I can handle it easily.
