I had a scractching throat for a few days but it soon past. I have been 100% raw and am still going through detoxes. I just embrace each one and remain thankful that all of those toxins are coming out. My body rewards me with some awesome days of full joy and happiness packed with energy.

Make sure you keep a close eye on it. There is nothing like knowing your body. You know best as to what is going on with it because you live in it day in and day out.
If it is detox it will eventually go away. Take care of yourself.....Stay RAW......Welcome to MY World..............

Yes, I had the exact same thing. It lasted about a week for me. I just ignored it and ate 100% raw vegan and now I'm healthier than I've ever been. Detox can be hard and multi-symptomatic for many people. Hang in there :o

After suffering with my throat swelling up and the tight feeling, i thought it might be an allergy but no.
Finally my husband brought me some kelp and now the tightness is gone and the swelling also some vitamin B-12 drops.
I haven't felt this good in 3 weeks.
Hope you feel better also when my tonsils swelled up i took an enema and they went down and no more sore throat. :)

I would not eat a vegetable unless it was coated and fried, how SAD my diet was.
I'm glad to be where i am today. :D

i have had a lot of problems with my tonsils in the past, and when I first started raw that was absolutely the first thing I noticed. It will pass!
