Ah the joys of raw "cooking", another mistake gone yumm!

I was trying to make a raspberry milkshake but didn't have enough time for the bananas to freeze all the way and what came out was remarkably like Dannon yoghurt without the cultured taste. (I'll have to play around some more for that!)

3 semi-frozen bananas (about 1 hour and 1/2 - maybe a little less)
honey, to taste
1 1/2 cup raspberries (aprox)

Combine bananas and honey in food processor and blend until smooth. Add about 5 raspberries and blend again. Gently stir in remaining raspberries and serve! Yummy!

I think you would need to thaw them first, otherwise it will be too thick and wind up like a milkshake.
