They are putting one of those places in near me that makes that type of bouquets. They're very pretty, but expensive if you buy them! I saw them being made on TV and it looked to me like you could make them pretty easily at home. Well, some of them anyway. Perhaps not the ones using various cutters to make shapes. But I saw some topiary type things made with strawberries and lemons cut in half. Those looked pretty easy. Just need some skewers and something to stick them into.

I totally agree for those of us minded to do so it should be fairly easy to recreate. The one we gave used an apple wedged into a white teapot to hold the wood skewers in. They are so pretty!!

They are expensive, but so worth the WOW factor when they arrive!

As my kitchen is licensed by FDA, I have been toying with the idea of doing that, sans the franchise, in my community....nothing like it exists here and we have a fairly wealthy population. Basically, the fruits are cookie-cutter designs, and shouldn't be difficult. I've had the website bookmarked for several months, and the designs are really pretty simple. I think the hardest part would be finding nicely ripened fruit.

Probably also arranging really good packaging and safe delivery too. All managable though.

Good luck!
