I want to make Alissa's Easiest Pizza crust. If I don't use it right away, can I store it in the fridge and then bring it to room temp. before serving? Would it freeze well?
Thanks.

I don't know about freezing but it seemed to hold up pretty well in the fridge... got a little soggy from the moisture going back into it though.

Corinne, if it gets soggy, can you re-dehydrate it?
I will also try freezing it, I'd like to do some batch cooking - I think that would improve my chances of staying raw in the fall and winter...

Just dry them to 100% crisp and store in airtight containers in the cupboard. That's what I do and it works great.
Cheers,
Sheryl
