I made it last nite and it needs to be very cold. It's pretty good; I think I would increase the amount of dates. Do you think I could throw this into an ice cream maker? Not sure how an avocado would do...

i made a chocolate pudding using avocado, bananas, cacao, carob and agave. it made a great ice cream (i used my cuisinart i.c. maker)!

I often add an avocado to any chocolate pudding recipe even if it doesn't call for one, really makes the mixture thick and creamy.

I have a new ice cream maker and haven't tried it out yet, if you do try it and this works please let us know!
