Undehydrated bread?

Is this possible? I'm thinking maybe a dough made extra thick and then frozen? I'm starting to like dehydrated foods less and less (like many others on this forum) and was wondering if any of you had attempted this sort of thing before.

I think that my reducing level of interest in dehydrated things includes breads. Transition is marvelous. I prefer where I am now because it is so much more simple.
