Today I have completed my first 30-day challenge. I have lost 8.1 pounds and I feel SO GOOD!!!!!!

My mind is clearer. I feel sharp again.

I can fit into jeans that I haven't worn in months.

My skin is clearing up! I have lost two skin tags now.

My sleep is better and my dreams are more lucid.

I'm gaining confidence in myself.

My mood swings are now almost non-existent... even though I'm on medication, they still were there, but now they're not :D

My depression has lifted. I have so much positiveness in my life now.

All of my senses have sharpened. I believe that my hearing is getting better.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE, AND TO ALISSA, FOR INTRODUCING ME TO AND SUPPORTING ME THROUGH THIS CHALLENGE!!!!!
