I was wondering what food combines well with sprouted buckwheat? I have some sprouted and want to make sure I'm combining correctly since my digestion is so poor. thanks! (I tried researching and couldn't find anything)

Sorry if this is annoying, but does any one know? I've tried researching but couldn't find much that said what DOES go with it well.

I usually eat it mixed with fruit and/or dried fruit but it never sits well although it tastes good. So I don't want to eat it this way and feel sick after and I don't want it to go to waste!! Its sitting, all sprouted, in my fridge right now.

help!?

Hi Lunar*Fey -

buckwheat should combine well with vegetables of any kind. I have also had it with avocado and it was fine.

vegetables? Hmm I really don't eat many vegetables lately. I'll try some spinach in it maybe? thanks! If I had avocado I would try that but I don't have any.
thank you!!

Don't you drink green smoothies often? They are awesome in them!

Iloverawfoods,
oh yes I do drink green smoothies, but then I would be stuck with buckwheat and fruit combo again.

then again, I thought buckwheat was actually a fruit? but on the other hand it's protein content....
