Live food in Portland, OR: Blossoming Lotus Cafe

I just had my first meal at Blossoming Lotus... fab! I had a slice of live tomato and basil pizza, with their live wrap. Here's the menu:

They also do wheatgrass, juices and smoothies.

I'm sure I'll be back there soon. For those of you live here, it's insida Yoga in the Pearl at 925 NW Davis. Open every day, 7:30am-7pm.

Hmm I will have to mapquest it and see how long the drive would be for me. I would love to treat myself to a raw retaurant meal but we just dont really have much here.

The Menu Looks FABULOUS......I have a friend who wants me to come to Portland to visit him, but I don't think the Menu made me change my mind.

I've been to the Blossoming Lotus several times over the last year. At the beginning, I always got wonderful food and wonderful service. The last few times I went, I would sometimes have a great experience, other times be so turned off by the servers poor attitudes and disappointing food, I haven't gone back.

Maybe its gotten better again? I'll stop in and see in the next few weeks...

I agree Blossoming Lotus is great, there is also a new place that serves raw and non-raw vegan food in the St. Johns neighborhood (North portland) Its called Proper Eats. I have not been there yet.
Any Portland people interested in getting together sometime for a bite to eat? I know there was a group that was on occasion but have not heard of any gatherings on late.

thanks for reminding me of rawportland, I have not checked there in awhile. In the past it seemed that most of the gatherings were potlucks and not going out someplace, is this still true? Due to work schedule, I often can not make evening gatherings. :( I will have to post a message about an lunch time gathering.
