Anyone use kombucha tea?

I have heard that it is very alkalizing, does anyone here use it?

Hi ellenalesa,

I used to drink this tea when I was trying to go the Macrobiotic route. It is very alkalizing, but I know, for sure, that it is not raw. There are a few good things that I learned from Macrobioitics, but I still think that Raw is the best thing I've ever found to date. I'm pretty sure that Kombucha tea still contains a small amount of caffiene. I used to drink this tea when I was trying to stay away from coffee.
