I want my dd to get enough calories because she is super thin to begin with. What are the raw foods with the highest calories?
Thanks!

Well, I don't know about highEST calories. But some good denser foods, i believe, are bananas, mangoes, avocadoes, you can make her high calorie smoothies/green smoothies, you can make nut butters and pattes and things of that nature. nuts, seeds, and dried fruit are dense too, but I wouldn't give them in excess I don't think...I could be wrong though.
I hope you recieve the information you are looking for :)

Hi
Raisins are pretty high calories and nuts too. They make a great snack! I like to mix a bunch of raisins, some pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, dried coconut, cinnamon and dash of agave and sea salt into a bowl and stir. This is yummy! Eat it with a spoon.

Nuts and dried fruits are good in general. Give her some banana with nut butter - that is a delicious and healthy and calorie-dense treat. Raw brownies are walnuts and dates and taste delish!

Everyone has already given you the answer. However, don't get discouraged if she doesn't gain weight. I was severely underweight as a child and no amount/type of food helped to put on the weight. I ate and ate and ate. Didn't help. Now I just have to look at food and I gain.
