I've been reading a lot of juicing books and found a couple interesting points. One book suggested adding a plain type of fiber to the juice for better elimination during fasting. They suggested a type of seed husk (started with a "p"). I was thinking maybe organic milled flax seed.
So here's my question. Would it be more beneficial to add some of this fiber to the juice or to do something else like an enema during the fast?
