Are pecans raw unless they say otherwise??
I went to Costco today and they have bags of "raw almonds", "raw pinenuts", and "pecans". It doesn't say they're raw pecans and it doesn't say they've been processed in any way. No other ingredients than pecans.
I assumed they specified "raw" on the others because roasted/toasted almonds and pinenuts are common, though that could be an incorrect assumption.
They also sell bagged walnuts, but I didn't think to look at that bag to see if they're raw or not.
I really hope they're all raw because they're much cheaper than the HFS.
Thoughts anyone??
