Yay for you!! That is sooo great!

You should rightly be proud of yourself, Catherine. That's my next hurtle, too.

p.s. How's the digestive system doing now? Maybe I've missed some posts about it.

Thanks for the support!

I don't know why it's so hard to just go in the gym!!!

My next mission is to go to the part in the Y where they have the exercise equipment and actually use it. I'm afraid !

as far as teh digestion and illness stuff - it seems like everything is slowly healing.

I'm still needing to get blood tests to see if I have Hashimoto's disease.

ANd I'm being treated for the ulcer the pneumonia and the candida.

And I'm starting to do colonics next week to help with the candida. And thankfully the doctor says the ulcer is not the type to be as effected by colonics as others.

so that I KNOW is going to make a huge difference!!

THANK SO MUCH FOR ASKING!!!!

p.s. I love your avatar photo...you look so vibrant and happy!

Hey Catherine,
Props to ya for hitting the gym. I can't tell you how many times I've joined and only ended up using my membership a couple of times. It seems with me, motivating myself to actually GET THERE is the hardest part. Once I'm there I'm gold.

I figured out that when I don't want to go, I have to trick myself into it. So I'll just say to myself, "ok.. you only have to do 10 minutes on the bike, and then stretch if that's all ya want." And then of course once I'm there I end up doing a full blown workout. We gotta trick that manipulative mind we have!

Anyway, wish you were closer, I could totally use a gym buddy!

Im not a gym person but I LOVE swimming - you've made me feel really slack so I must go up to our local pool. (Have to get up early before the kids...)

You've inspired me Catherine!! - excercise is so important in this Raw lifestyle...

Swimming is such a lovely way to exercise, isn't it? I also find it relaxing...especially when I do the back stroke. Congratulations Catherine for finding a form of exercise that will keep you motivated.

Regarding scales, I find that I am a different weight on whatever one I use. My parents have one that has me at 20lbs less than the one I have at home. I love visiting there...lol:)
