Alissa's July Class was AMAZING!!

I just got back from Alissa's class and wanted to let everyone know how truly amazing she is. If you've never met Alyssa she is just a terrific person. She is so caring, lovable, and so smart!! The classes are great and I learned so much!! You go away with EVERY question answered. The people are great too and I really cannot say enough about my classmates and the connections I made. Imagine yourself in a group of like minded people where you can speak freely of your raw life and never once have to defend your choices!! It truly allows yourself to grow. As others have posted in the past, this class really changes lives and it really is about the food and is not about the food.

Yeah! I am so glad you got to experience the magic of her class! I am sorry I could not pop in to meet everyone at this one but I wasnt up for socializing.
