What is pepper and tomato pulp?

pulp left over from juicing
And how much is a 'scoop'?

You could just as some tomato and pepper whole to it if you don't want to use pulp. My mom just had some good juicy very flavorable pulp leftover and she saved it for me to make crackers and stuff.

That is such a great idea. I've been on a juice fast for 4 days, and I never thought to make crackers and things out of my pulp! I will definitely give this a try!
