Lay-lay's Green Patte
5 sundried tomatos
1/2 cup of raw sunflower, hulled
1tbs of olive oil
1tsp of cayenne
3 scoops of pepper and tomato pulp
1 bunch of watercress
1tsp of sea salt
1/2 lime squeezed
Food process and enjoy on nori rolls, cucumbers, celery, carrots, lettuce, crackers or whatever.
I make patte at least once a week and this has been my fav soooo far! :D

thinking of green patte... threw me for a loop until I looked at your ingredients and thought YUMMY!!!!!!!!!

Yes, Anything green, Bok Choy, Lettuce, Kale, Cabbage, etc...
Mine will keep up to a week in the fridge.

You could just as some tomato and pepper whole to it if you don't want to use pulp. My mom just had some good juicy very flavorable pulp leftover and she saved it for me to make crackers and stuff.

That is such a great idea. I've been on a juice fast for 4 days, and I never thought to make crackers and things out of my pulp! I will definitely give this a try!
