 ...I was doing so well --especially since it is summer and there are so many great farmer's markets going on.

I am so frustrated with myself. I think that there was a chain reaction -- lack of sleep, not drinking enough water, frustration at work, B-line to Burger King. I rarely ate meat before raw, and I ended up getting a value meal with a Coke!!!!!!

I AM SO VERY PROUD OF YOU FOR FESSING UP AND ADMITTING TO THIS.

I used to mess up all the time, but would never admit it to any one, that was my biggest problem, because, I wouldn't own it, or talk about it, or ask for help with it, I would just pretend that it didn't happen, then it would happen again and again, now I KNOW how to handle, this, and you are doing soooo great to talk about it.

YOU RAWK!!

Give yourself a big hug. There are no raw police. I think we're all just people who are eating, and we choose raw because it's the best possible thing out there, and today you ate less raw than yesterday. Tomorrow you will eat more raw than ever!!! Is it possible that eating what you did today was the BEST thing ever?

I think it is...

Keep it up. :) I don't think there is a wagon.

...as I sit here at my desk. I feel like I have a "food hangover" from the mis-value meal that I consumed yesterday...

Thanks for the support -- I appreciate it! I was thinking last night that it would be great if all of the people on this board could get together for a "raw conference" -- sort of a trade show. Has this ever been done -- I would attend!

RP -- your posts are a hoot! -- Very sweet and informative, as well. I am sorry that people commented negatively on your posts. With the challenges that you describe, it just goes to show that you never know what people are dealing with at a given moment or what is going on in their lives.

Thanks again -- I am loadin up on the water this am.
