View Full Version : Can you soak nuts/seeds in the fridge?

Hi,

Noticed today white mold forming at the water surface today which doesn't usually happen when I soak sesame seeds, but it's been very hot/humid here recently. Would it be ok to soak seeds in a bowl of water in the fridge instead to keep it all cool?

That's what I would do yes. I would also rinse them more often if you don't put them in the fridge.
