Coconut Milk??

Does anyone know of a substitute for coconut milk?

There is no substitute for coconut milk/water as far as health benefits but if you are looking for a recipe filler I would just use water. I read somewhere they suggested using date soak water but I think that would be too sweet and alter the recipe ?
