hmmmmmmmmmm, somehow I cannot understand this statment. ;)

for those that had a hard time losing weight eating bananas, I doubt that it was "bananas" alone. Its' hard to say without the panel here.

I've never encountered weightgain with bananas. The only reason I shy away from them is they are hybrid. that's another thread I am not going to even touch upon.

;)

really?????Because I have an insaine intollerance to them latley, just started around 4 years ago. I have heard that about brocoli too, and also is not good for me. Do you know morw about what vegetables and fruits may be hybrid? Thank you in advance!

oh golly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Melisamouse, I hope I did not phrase that incorrectly................

Peoples don't misunderstand me. I was not making any correlation to the inability to lose weight/gain weight with hybrids. The only reason I do not adore them is b/c I myself grasped info on these from Cousens and Wolfe's books. I take collaborated /experiemented with many schools of thoughts that have been tailored to fit my needs.

Grant it, there TONS of people who feel great and lose tons of weight with bananas.

As far as th hybrids go, the most simple approach is ---the more seeds it has , the higher chance it is NOT hybrid. I mean so many fruits are when it comes down to our agriucltural practices etc so we can only do the best we can. Please don't panic ----it's not going to make you fat :)

Thank you for the reply! I am more curious if you know where to look up which foods are hybrid and which are not, because the few I know of I am extremely intollerant to.

Thanks. ;)
