Im new-ish to the raw food lifestyle, though I have been trying to abide to many of the food standards for a while. I started using all-natural products for my skincare and such, and it hit me: "if I am doing this for my face and have seen amazing results, why am I not doing it for my entire body too????"
So here I am, ready to treat my inside as well as my outside. The punchline? I have no idea what to make for breakfast.
My family is big on cereals and ready to eat type foods, so I am left with very little options, both eating and creation-wise.
Any ideas would be GREATly appreciated.

H ARhae,
Lots of recipes here on this forum, just click the banana/search icon.
Also, there are tons of recipe sites for raw food. Just do the "google" thing and you should be amazed if you haven't already done so.
Some quick meals that I use alot:
Breakfast
- Fresh Fruit can't be beat: Watermelon, canteloup, bananas, etc
- Smoothies made with fresh-squeezed orange juice, bananas/berries
Lunch
( Same as breakfast )
Dinner
(Same as breakfast)
Large salad with leafy greens, vegetables
1/4 cup of almonds
Anyway, that's how I'm eating now. But, early on I went through at least 10 or so RAW cookbooks. I thought Alissa's was by far the best RAW cookbook out there -- "Living on Live Food". It is an excellent book and worth the price.
Best wishes on your raw journey,
Fiddler

Raw oats soaked for several hrs.
Add nuts, fruit, cinnamon and/or agave.
optional: almond milk
Not all oats are raw.

You'd be amazed to know that I hadnt even thought of googling a search.
Aside from my forgeting technology, those foods sounded really good. I'll have to give em a try. As of right now, a nice fruit smoothie sounds the best :)
Thanks all. If you read or think of or find etc etc etc a good recipe, Id LOVE to hear
