Hello Everyone!
This is my first post and, although I realise it may not be the appropriate place, I would like to thank you all for contributing to this fantastic site........and to celebrate with me my first 30 days raw. You have helped make it an enjoyable and educational experience.
I know there are lots of others currently taking their first steps and I'd be interested to know which recipes you found you repeadly made in the beginning. These are the ones I can now make without consulting the recipe:
Paw Priestess's Brownies (thank you, thank you, thank you). I'm still finding bits of the first batch on the newly painted kitchen walls - blender "accident".
Alissa's Dressing, Mock Salmon Pate, Date nut torte, blueberry pie
Juliano's Chai Spice Chutney
Raw Food Real World's Carrot soup. If you have the book - It was my first RAW book but I had it for months before I made anything - please try it. I think it's the best carrot soup, cooked or raw. (Thank you to the person who posted pictures from the book on the pictures of food thread and reccommended this.
:)
