something wonderful happened yesterday

I went two days straight WITHOUT having to use my asthma medication.

That has not happened since 1994!

This is my 3rd day 100% raw. I was not planning on going totally raw, but I just found myself feeling so good on those days when I did eat mostly raw that I decided to see how it would feel to be all raw. OHMYGOD! It feels fabulous. I feel like a mental fog has been lifted. The usual middle-age tiredness gone. Very strange, but wonderful.

If all that happened after only three days just think how wonderful you will feel as the time goes on. Get out your Super Woman outfit ;)

Thanks for the well wishes everyone. Is this really what it's like to go raw? Hardly seems real. . . probably bc my body has felt so bad for so long! Anyhow, I'm off to make Alissa's Pad Thai Noodle recipe for lunch!!!! :)

that's awesome...i have asthma, too...i don't take anything either anymore...although mine hasn't been bad for many years, i do feel like i can breethe better now, too....that's great news...keep it up, and keep us posted :)

That is fantastic. My sis "cured" her asthma by natural means too, and says that being able to BREATHE again is like nothing else! As your body fills with pure raw foods, nutrients & clean air, you will continue to "grow younger"!
